Zensight combines aspects of a variety of other energy work techniques such as Be Set Free Fast (BSFF), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Energy Medicine and Universal healing energy, together with elements of Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Imaginal Nurturing, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Your Soul Connection

Is a unique process that connects your soul with your heart and mind and invites the ego to take a break. The intention of the work is to enable you to more easily and effortlessly accomplish your life's purpose.

Each 2 hour session includes energy clearing, the transformational Your Soul Connection guided meditation, a Spiritual Prescription to help you move forward powerfully and a journal to help you track your first month's progress.

Every session is conducted in a kind, loving environment with integrity.

A 15 minute check-in call is included to provide you with the encouragement and insight you need to stay on track. Additional follow-up spiritual coaching is also available, to assist you with transitioning into a new way of being.
