9:30am-10:45am | Yoga, Mundras & Demonstration of Bio-energy Healing

Description: Yoga an ancient holistic practice that unites the mind, body and spirit in a series of asthanas and mudras to help unify the whole person. The Yoga session will consist of a brief history of yoga's origins, a gentle introduction to the core poses for maintaining overall flexibility, balance and building of core strength. Included in the set will be the use of yoga mudras (healing hand gestures) to unify the intention.
Healing with bio-energy, has been around for thousands of years. The therapy is based on balancing the energy body, which is our matrix, and which is capable of reflecting an imbalance long before the physical body shows any signs of illness or disease. This matrix, our Aura, our defense, or immune system, has all the information about our sickness or health.

Description: This session will focus on grounding oneself as you go within to discover the beauty of deep seated peace and internal fulfillment

Lunch & Beverages will be provided ( Lasagna, salads, vegetables & dip, fruit and dessert. For anyone with dietary restriction or is a vegetarian please let us know at registration and a separate meal will be provided. Lasagna will be made with whole grain fed ground chicken or turkey, with homemade noodles.
1:00pm-2:15pm | Qigong
Facilitator: Barbara Varanelli
Description: Daily Practice of simple easy energy Qigong Exercises that anyone can do will help speed up recovery from many diseases and illness. Qigong helps to clear out the dense blockages in the body that are the source of pain, trauma, and disease. Documented evidence demonstrates that doing Qigong exercise helps to switch off the mental mind. It also restores harmony and wellness to the body.

3:00pm-4:00pm | Seminar: Living Life with Balance

Description: Seminar: Living Life with Balance (Facilitated by Lisbeth Fregonese) – This seminar will focus on listening to your body, mind, and spirit and recognizing when you are out of balance. It will give you tools and techniques on how to regain balance and control of your life again.

Facilitators: Barbara Varanelli, Description: Qigong group healing and ending the day to recap & sharing.
Background on Facilitators:
Barbara Varanelli
Registered Energy Health Practitioner (Spiritual Healing & Energy Psychology) and a Reiki Master. Barbara also offers weekly Qigong Practices in Milton from her home. Being a Breast Cancer survivor has led her to find the strength to re-invent herself, leading her to study many different healing modalities which she now uses to help and educate others.

Accommodations:
In Goodyear Arizona, a privately owned home is turned into a hide-away for healing and relaxation. It contains 2 private bedrooms, and 2 shared bedrooms.

Day 1: Arrive in Good Year
Welcome and Introductions
Daily QiGong and Meditation sessions
Day 2: Optional Sightseeing to several of these sites will be determined with consensus of the group:
Day 3: Day in Sedona
Option A & B: Visit three power spots Holy Cross, Bell Rock & Budda Stuppa
Option A: Evening will be at Sacred Mountain or Red tank

Day 4: Shamanic or Sacred Water Journey
Option A: Soul Talk with Clay a Shaman
leading into individual Soul Journey experience and held by the group
Afternoon will be Integration Time on the land with Amy (Budda Stuppa or Labyrinth walk) to be determined in the moment by Spirit)
Option B: Sacred Spiritual Land Journey Lead by Clint
Cathedral rock Fertility/healing site, Shamans's Cave, The Notch at Sycamore Canyon or
Medicine Wheel Teaching
Evening Free time (recommended doing a quiet activity to integrate healing)
Day 5: Shamanic or Water Journey

Afternoon Integration Time on the land or Sightseeing with Barb (Oak Canyon Creek, Beaver Creek, Meditation at Budda Stuppa) to be determined in the moment by Spirit
Evening a Flute concert with Jesse Kalu to aid in integration

PLEASE NOTE:
All cost quoted is for shared accommodations. Majority of all meals will be provided while in residents at Good Year. People will have an option to eat out or cook meals at the Cottage in Sedona to be determined with consensus of the group. The meals will be a family environment setting where everyone participates with the cooking and sharing recipes of their favorite foods. All transportation will be provided except to and from Airport will be extra and will be coordinated for you.
